Terms of service

Agreement

These terms are between you and SyntaxReady Inc. ("we", "us") and cover the ReadyClaw website, desktop app and command-line tool (together, the "service"). By creating an account or using the service you agree to them. If you use ReadyClaw for an organisation, you confirm you can bind it.

The service

ReadyClaw reads Claude Code usage files on your computer and, if you connect a key, syncs aggregated totals to your account so you can see spend, recommendations and security findings. ReadyClaw is independent and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Anthropic. Claude and Claude Code are Anthropic's trademarks.

Estimates, not invoices

Costs shown by ReadyClaw are estimates computed from token counts in your local files and published list prices. They can differ from what Anthropic bills you. Recommendations and dollar savings are guidance, not a guarantee, and you are responsible for the changes you make to your own settings and tooling.

Your account

You can sign in with Google or an email link. Keep your sign-in method and API keys private and tell us if you suspect misuse. You are responsible for activity under your account. Team plan owners are responsible for the people they invite.

Acceptable use

Do not misuse the service. In particular, do not:

• attempt to access other people's accounts or data, or probe or disrupt the service;
• upload data the tool did not produce, or try to get around the limits of your plan;
• reverse engineer the hosted service to resell or compete with it;
• use the service to break the law or someone else's rights.

Plans, billing and cancellation

The Free plan costs nothing. Paid plans (Pro and Team) are billed monthly or yearly through Stripe at the price shown when you subscribe, and renew until cancelled. You can cancel at any time from the billing portal; access continues to the end of the period you paid for. If a charge looks wrong, write to hello@readyclaw.app and we will look at it. We may change prices for future periods with advance notice.

Your data

You keep all rights to your data. You give us permission to process what you sync only to run the service for you, as described in the privacy policy. We do not claim ownership of it.

Our software

ReadyClaw's software and site belong to SyntaxReady Inc. or its licensors. You may use them for your own development work under these terms. Open-source components, including the public skills repository, remain under their own licences.

Availability and changes

We work to keep ReadyClaw running but do not promise it will be uninterrupted or error-free. We may change or retire features. If we remove a paid feature you rely on, we will tell you in advance.

Ending the relationship

You can stop using ReadyClaw and ask us to delete your account at any time. We may suspend or end access if you breach these terms or put the service or other users at risk, and we will tell you why when we reasonably can.

Warranty and liability

The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, to the extent the law allows. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before it. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. If a change is material we will tell signed-in users by email before it takes effect. Continuing to use the service after that means you accept the new terms.
